Frank Soldo

Mr Frank Soldo (CPA, ACIM and ACIS), has been a partner of the business since its creation. He holds a Bachelor of Business, is a Certified Practicing Accountant, has a Diploma of Corporate Management and is a member of the Taxation Institute of Australia.

Frank Soldo previously operated the professional accounting firm Soldo Harradine & Bryce which he established in 1989. He successfully operated this business until the establishment of Soldo Partners in 2001.

Frank has had 10 years experience working in the finance departments of a number of large public companies. During the last 23 years Frank has operated his own public practice providing accounting services to a large number of business clients.

He specialises in the provision of commercial advice relating to property development, business management, succession planning, wealth creation, business acquisitions and disposals and has extensive experience is assisting with business financing. ƒ

Iain Watson

Iain Watson (CA, CPA, CTA, and FTIA) has been a partner of the business since its creation. He holds a Bachelor of Business. He is a Registered Tax Agent, a Chartered Accountant, a Certified Practising Accountant and a Chartered Tax Advisor.

Iain has over 10 years experience in Commerce where he was Company Secretary of two publicly listed companies. In addition, he has worked in Europe for multinational companies and also for one of Australia's largest mining and oil and gas companies as a senior internal taxation advisor.

Also, Iain has more than 20 years experience in providing complex taxation and commercial advice to a broad range of clients while working in the Chartered Accounting profession for some of the largest firms in Perth.

He specialises in the provision of taxation advice on a broad range of taxation law including Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Goods and Services Tax, Tax Planning, Payroll Tax and Fringe Benefits Tax. He also has extensive consulting experience including, liaising with taxation authorities on behalf of clients, general business advice, the purchasing and structuring of new businesses, restructuring existing businesses, disposals of businesses, Superannuation and wealth creation.
